Images Not Displaying
There are two primary reasons for images not showing up:
1. It did not get uploaded. Make sure the file is uploaded exactly where the image link thinks it is.
2. The file name is not correct. The filename must be exact - it IS case sensitive so capitals or small letters matter.
One other reason we've run into, which can cause images to show up in the Media Manager, but not show up on the frontend of the site:
Symbols in the filename. If you put periods, commas, or apostrophes in the filename, or other symbols, the image will not display on the front of the site.
It is best to name images and folders without spaces in the name, keep the name short, and put dashes or underscores if you need to separate words in it.
Do not put anything else other than letters or numbers.
